Taj Chohan, Co-Founder and COO of Northwyn, brings nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare and wellness industries. His career has included work with patients, payors, providers & products in both funded and cash pay tiers. Taj has helped guide 8-figures of hospital capital deployments, launched multi-site medical wellness brands, and built training programs to support the success of healthcare professionals.
As COO of Northwyn, Taj’s role centers on operational integration. He ensures that when a wellness clinic transitions into the Northwyn platform, the process is seamless, patient care remains uninterrupted, and the clinic’s culture is preserved. He is responsible for designing patient-first integrations, clinical and business training programs, and support systems that empower staff and reassure founders that their businesses and legacy will continue to thrive.
Taj also founded and scaled his own multi-location medical spa and wellness clinics, giving him firsthand empathy for the challenges and opportunities that founders face. This experience informs his philosophy at Northwyn: that operational strength is essential to protecting what matters most, patients, staff, and the founder’s legacy.
